Founded in 2021, WasteWater Trainers (WWT) takes pride in its mission to improve exam pass rates by providing accessible and expertly crafted training programs designed by real industry professionals. WWT uses industry-standard materials, including the Water Environment Federation WEF Fundamentals training series, the California State Sacramento Wastewater series and the resource materials available on the Water Professionals International WPI website, to help you build a foundational understanding of wastewater treatment principles. Our expert instructors and interactive lessons simplify complex topics, so you’ll feel confident throughout the entire process.

We offer a 4-week online “deep-dive” course, and a soon to-be-released self-paced study option. Our courses are also separated into entry level (2 lowest level licenses) and advanced level (2 highest level licenses) to offer more detailed options for preparation. WWT-1 is entry level and WWT-2 is advanced.
Pricing for the 4-week online program is $299 and the upcoming self-study programs may vary. Please contact us for additional information.
The 4-week online course offers in-depth exploration and instructor-led learning from anywhere you have internet access. The upcoming self-study track will be ideal if you’re a self-motivated learner who thrives working at your own pace.
We do not offer CPE contact hours. Our program is designed strictly for license advancement, and is entirely online, thus no contact hours are offered.
You will need to have access to the internet and be able to access Microsoft Teams and Google drive. Our programs utilize the recognized industry-standard references, Water Environment Federation (WEF) Fundamentals and California State University Sacramento (CSU) to reinforce the key concepts necessary to prepare. You will need to have access to one or both approved references to complete the program. We’ll let you know ahead of time if any additional resources or textbooks are recommended for your chosen program.
